Lorac Pro Palette
I recently purchased the Lorac Pro Palette for my birthday and I am in love. It is so creamy and velvety to the touch. It was created by celebrity makeup artist Carol Shaw. The palette includes 16 eye shadows, 8 matte and 8 shimmer shades, all you need to create some of the hottest looks. They are ultra-pigmented and can be used wet or dry, which ever you prefer.
This palette can be purchased at Sephora, Ulta, and any high-end makeup retailer. I purchased mine from Ulta for $42. US dollars. They do have a Red Hot Set for $38. US dollars that includes the mini primer and the liner, but unfortunately it was sold out when I purchased mine.
Top Row All Matte: White, Cream, Taupe, Lt. Pink, Mauve, Sable, Espresso, Black.
Bottom Row All Shimmer: Nude, Champagne, Gold, Lt. Bronze, Pewter, Garnet, Deep Purple, Slate.
Swatches:
Mattes:
White (bottom), Cream (middle), Taupe (top).
Lt. Pink (bottom), Mauve (middle), Sable (top).
Espresso (left), Black (right).
Shimmers:
Gold (left), Champange (middle), Nude (right).
Garnet (left), Pewter (middle), Lt. Bronze (right).
Slate (left), and Deep Purple (right).
These shadows are a little powdery but the color payoff is amazing! Just be sure to tap your brush off before applying to your eyelid. Remember a little goes a long way, it does not take much product because of its pigmentation.
All in all this palette is wonderful. I am very pleased. The eye shadows are easy to blend, the pigmentation is great, and they are long lasting. It is very versatile for any look, whether it be an everyday look or a holiday/party look, from neutral to smokey you can do it all.
This palette will fit any of your needs. The packaging is slim and lightweight, although it can get dirty easily. It is perfect for traveling and has a nice size mirror.
Bonus: At the moment you can receive the mini behind the scenes eye primer (5.5g) with the purchase of your palette.
If your looking for an amazing, perfect for all occasions, palette be sure and check out this palette. You will not be disappointed.
